You do not need to know whether the answer is Google Ads, Meta, SEO, email or a new website. We start with what you want to achieve and what is happening now.
We learn how you make money, who your best customers are, what has worked before and where you feel growth is getting stuck.
We identify the few things most likely to make a difference rather than trying to change everything at once.
We test, learn and build around what is genuinely working.
By the end we know what deserves more investment, what needs more work and what should stop.
Google and Meta give us useful information, but they only show part of what’s happening. We also want to know which products or services are producing the strongest returns, whether leads are turning into work, whether people are buying again and whether the website is making it harder to enquire or purchase.
What looked like the biggest opportunity in week one may not be the biggest opportunity six weeks later. If the results point us somewhere more useful, we’ll talk you through it and adjust the plan. We won’t keep spending money or doing work simply because it appeared in the original proposal.
We’ll go through the results, what we learned and where we see the strongest opportunities over the next year. That may mean putting more behind a particular product, changing the promotional strategy, moving budget between channels, improving the website, putting more emphasis on retention or investing in SEO.
The first 90 days should leave us with a much better understanding of your business than we had at the start. From there, the plan keeps developing as the business and the results change.
Australia, the US or another larger market may be a logical next step. We can help you look at local competition, pricing, shipping, customer demand, promotional strategy, acquisition costs and which products or services are most likely to translate well.
Rather than trying to cover an entire country from day one, we’ll also look at where it makes sense to start, whether that’s a city, region or customer group. New Zealand gives us a strong base to learn from, but the launch still needs to be built around the market you’re entering.
Some clients want to see and approve almost everything. Others prefer to agree on the direction and leave us to run with it. We’ll agree early on how involved you want to be, how often you want to talk and what you’d like us to bring to you for approval. The people leading the strategy also stay involved in the work.
Have a chat with usWe start with a three-month initial term. That gives us enough time to understand your business properly, make meaningful changes and learn from the results.
After that, the agreement continues on a rolling basis with 60 days’ notice. If performance is poor, the market changes significantly or your business comes under pressure for other reasons, we’re open to discussing what’s fair.
Tell us what you’re trying to improve and what you’ve already tried.
